Unconventional Designed Expansion Joints

PENETRATION SEAL BELLOWS
The bellows work as a Seal to prevent Radioactive leakage in the unlikely event that plant needs to be sealed off.

STAVE EXPANSION JOINTS
These are specially designed to restrict stave gas leakage in the stave gas cooling system of blast furnace. One end is welded and the other end is fixed on copper pipe with rubber coupling

INLINE PRESSURE BALANCED  EXPANSION JOINT
When only axial deflections exist, and anchoring is impractical for structural or economic reasons, such as high in the air or short straight pipe runs between two large vessels, the in-line pressure balanced expansion joint is a powerful solution to a difficult design problem.

EXPANSION BELLOWS FOR HOT BLAST VALVE
Used for high temperature and high pressure application of hot blast stove of steel plant (1250ºC)

TUYERE STOCK COMPENSATORS
These expansion bellows find use in Tuyere Stock System of Blast Furnace. They are lined with refractory material and can accommodate high pressure and high temperature.

HIGH PRESSURE HIGH TEMPERATURE  UNIVERSAL BELLOWS
They are used in the movable hood of skirt cooling system found in LD Plant manufacturing Steel. Capable of supporting high lateral movement.

EXTERNALLY PRESSURIZED INLINE PRESSURE BALANCED EXPANSION JOINT
An externally pressurized inline pressure balanced assembly is very similar to an inline pressure balanced assembly but it is capable of large amounts of axial movements. This is achieved by pressurizing the bellows externally and eliminating the possibility of bellow squirm. This design has the added benefit of being self guided with self draining convolutions
